We spent the night after landing in Maui on a late evening flight. the hotel we welcoming and the rooms were well appointed. We were in a room that appeared to have been update in the last few years. The pool area was beautiful and the restaurant next door was quite handy.

Friendly staff, great pool / lounge area, free airport shuttle. Our flight left hours after our checkout, but we were able to stay by the pool and use the hospitality room which was great. Room was ok, not fancy but perfect for our needs. Hotel is right on the beach so you can check out the surf. We also recommend the attached restaurant Tante's - delicious Hawaiian and Filipino cuisine! An absolute treat.

My room felt like I was walking into a concrete cave. Old and outdated. It was dark, very cramped and bed not comfortable The staff was wonderful. The grounds well maintained nice outside sitting areas and a pool. Parking leaves a lot to be desired. The spaces are very small and difficult to get your vehicle in between the white lines.

The location is close to the airport. The Hotel grounds are cute and fun… the actual room is dated but fine for a low budget room. The beach is not as “pretty” as the pictures- it is right beside an industrial park dock. But for a low budget option it was fine. The restaurant attached to the hotel is not my favorite. Bit there is an amazing bakery/ coffee place down the street!!!

Initially we were placed in one of the smaller/older rooms. When we pointed out that it was not the room booked, the staff was quite accommodating and placed us in the larger rennovated room. This review asked how we liked the free breakfast, there was no free breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE off of the pictures on Expedia. They are completely misleading. The pictures you see are the renovated rooms in a back building facing the highway. We checked in, went to our room, it was outdated and smelled. We tried to get refunded to go somewhere else, they wouldn’t refund my money. So now I have to battle with Expedia to get red for this. I mean, the money for this room for two nights?? Absolutely ridiculous, also the area is a terrible area.
