From the very beginning we were allowed to check in early, which was a huge blessing after our journey from Idaho. Staff at the counter was very friendly and accommodating, as was other staff we encountered during our stay. Loved the pool and the slide was a real treat. We had issues regarding the shuttle, not understanding that it went down the coast before heading up the coast, our destination. The trolley had changed it's schedule on Ali'i and never showed up to take us back to the hotel. After quite a long walk we were able to contact the front desk and they arranged for a cab to pick us up, a big help since we were still about 8 miles sway and it was getting late afternoon. The views from our 7th floor room were excellent and we used the onsite restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Very pleased with the Outrigger, two thumbs up!

We loved our ocean front room. Our balcony was a wonderful place to watch the evening sunsets and Manta Ray night snorkel. The adult pool was great for us. If your are traveling with children, they offer a pool and slide area my grandchildren would have loved. Great resort! The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and we had the plus of seeing a manta from the observation deck! The resort does have slightly older looking areas which I think are part of a big remodel - the areas around the pool and rooms looked great and new though!

This is a great hotel for Families! The grounds are clean, beautiful and modern. The Holoholo shop is super convenient so that you don’t need to make a run to the grocery store. The staff is amazing and food options are amazing.

The attitude of this hotel is fantastic! Consciously trying to make us feel welcome. Been nice kept up over the 10 years we have been coming here. Only bummer is the slow renovation of the Manta viewing deck.
