Reasonable hotel in Kona, bad AC units

on the whole, the hotel is clearly an older hotel that has been renovated well and it’s a pretty decent location. However, the biggest issue was there AC units, which are antiquated window units, which do not function well, and would often make extremely loud noise every hour, making sleep impossible.

Staff was very welcoming. Property is cute with a pool and multiple seating areas. Room was clean with modern design touches. Only challenges were limited parking and narrow shower/tub combo.

Overpriced! Not only is the very average room expensive there is another 120 tacked on to park and use the pool!! Nothing complimentary except water and ice. Shower hardly works. Super disappointed as this was our one splurge.
