Close to family and Fort Custer National Cemetery. This was my second stay here, the first was three years ago. Both stays had great staff! Your usual Best Western breakfast was done well and the coffee always hot, no matter how early you need to get up and go. Our bathroom floor had crumbs or something on it was the only drawback but everything else clean. Culver’s next door was great both times also. Highly recommended.

Bed - comfortable, Breakfast - nothing fancy, but good, Pool - probably due to be cleaned, Other food - ask about discount at Culvers next door. Someone had switched cables around on TV, but easily fixed and who would even think to add "check hdmi coming in on hdmi 1 and not hdmi2" to the checklist?

The Best Western Hotel was just fine for our 1 night stay. The big problem we had was Expedia themselves. When we book through Expedia they send a virtual card over to complete the reservation, however Expedia virtual card was declined so we had to wait for several hrs to get that to go through. Evidently there was another 3rd party that was with Expedia as well. So confusing. The manager was so helpful and had explained that this is happening so much lately with Expedia. That’s what truly made our experience not pleasant. Everything else was perfect and the hotel was extremely quiet and we had the pool to ourselves 👍. I will probably have to double check using Expedia to book future hotels.👎

There was a grit on the floor in the room, couldn’t walk barefoot. The hallway smelled like someone was vaping weed constantly. Couldn’t fall asleep because neighbors across the hall sounded like they were making adult films. Left early.
