We booked hotel as we were arriving into town, which I would understand if room wasn’t ready yet. We checked in right away no problems and headed to our room. When we arrived to the room the door was open. We had turned around to go and figure out what was going on. As we turned around two ladies walked out with dirty bedding. No uniforms, no cleaning carts, and waving us in the room as we were walking away. Not able to speak English or give an explanation. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation.

The staff were great! Upon arrival we were greeted kindly and offered a free room upgrade. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean however the pullout sofa looked well worn.
