Pretty typical Holiday Inn express stay. The breakfast left some to be desired considering ive stayed at their properties across the nation. Also this location is close to US131 but seculded from the main road. I observed a very suspicious Ford Taurus, with no license plate, sweeping the lot on 2 different occasion during my one night travel stop. Always be aware of your surroundings.

Not sure this is my choice to stay again

The room was a King suite. Bed was comfortable however high for a short person. Pool wasnt working so that was not expected. Breakfast started with sour chocolate milk . The waffle machine was broken. The rest was just ok. My banana i thought was just a little bruised but after biting into it the inside was rotten. I gave it a 4 cause room was nice and spacious and clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very nice. The pool was under renovation but you had the option to walk next door to their other hotel to swim. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathroom had a very areas at the bottom of the shower that needed clean and the floor in the bathroom and shower floor were very slick when wet. We stayed on the first floor and it was very loud all night so, in the future we will request a different floor. The breakfast in the morning was the BEST, it offered a variety of food choices, very clean, very well maintained with food and the staff was super friendly and attentive. They had sausage,sauage gravy and biscuits,eggs,bacon,cinnamon rolls,coffee,milk,yogurt,juice,oatmeal,cereal and fruit. Very well stocked and an option for everyone.

Two people entered my room while I was sleeping

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times because I genuinely like it—but unfortunately, the management is consistently absent, and the staff is always changing. The main reason I’m writing this review is that two people—one of them from the front desk—entered my room unannounced at 11:30 p.m., which was extremely frightening. I reported the incident the next morning to Amanda at the front desk, who assured me the night would be credited to my Hotels.com account. That credit never came through. Since then, I’ve called and left two messages for Amanda, but I have received no response. This isn't the only issue I’ve had—there have been other problems over time, and there’s simply no follow-through from the management. It’s such a pity, because the hotel itself is nice and convenient.

The hotel was right off the freeway. Plenty of places to eat. The breakfast was okay. Coffee was never hot, just warm. Hot breakfast items looked and tasted like bulk food warmed up in microwave. There was enough items to choose from to get enough to eat. The area was clean. All the workers were very nice. The rooms water pressure was terrible. Showers took forever. They didn't have hand soap. The bathrooms were not that clean. The AC quit working in the middle of the night but started again around 6am. I thought the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was just okay. Didn't get very cold. Plenty of parking. The pool broke the day we got there. They did allow you to use the one across the parking lot. I probably would not stay here again. Mostly because the bathroom didn't seem that clean and no shower water pressure.

Never again. Stay in hotels a lot for work, have stayed here many times. When checking in (already booked 4 hours prior and prepaid), was told they cancelled my booking because they had no room. Complete joke, no call back or email, just wait till I show up to tell me. Booking thru 3rd party like this isn’t worth it

Lots of little things. - When I checked into my room, I was informed that 3rd party (Expedia) failed to charge "new" convention center tax, so there was an additional charge. - Dirty towels from prior occupant were left on the hook behind the door. - Children <18 y.o. in the pool unsupervised at 9:30 p.m. Adults were outside smoking, when child ran up to inform them that one of them had thrown up in the pool. - Carpet tiles in hallway not properly fitted, leaving gaps and exposing base floor. - Peephole cover in room did not stay in place to cover peephole. - Marks on wall near window and door where patchwork had been done. Poor repair and painting. - No hair dryer in room/bathroom. - USB plug next to bed was inoperative.

My stay was fairly good, however I checked out almost two weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back to my card. I called and spoke to the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. Definitely something that needs to be corrected, very poor customer service to keep deposits instead of returning them.

The room was just marvelous. I love the sheets and then the breakfast was great and FLO, who took care of the breakfast and a coffee and all the food. She was wonderful.

Average room and not maintain Hotel

Front Desk was quick and gentle. Room which was 4th floor was not maintained at all. Cleanliness was major issue floor carpet and headboard was stick and bad odour. Bathtub was chipped and dirty.
