Our keycard had to be reset 3 times as we were locked out of our room. Our room door would not shut without a very firm push/pull. There was no housekeeping service after the first night stay. We were informed 24 hours after check-in that we had to fill out a form for housekeeping. We were not impressed. The free breakfast was limited and cold (especially the supposedly hot food. We were not impressed. The staff was very pleasant on checking in, however not so after the above mentioned issues arose. I will not be staying here again. My previous stays at sleep inn were much better experiences.

This is the cutest hotel ever! Rooms are clean, breakfast is a standard continental, and the staff is fantastic. Yes, the rooms could be listed as small, but what are you doing hanging out in the room? Get out and explore Kalamazoo and area, it's beautiful there.

Everything is just OK! By just doing some simple maintenance items and cleaning more thoroughly. It would really step it up a notch. We stay here a lot it seems like the elevator is never vacuumed. The food area should always be kept very very clean. In my hotels, have chairs with cloth in a food area doesn’t make any sense. They hold all the stains in our harder to clean.

No to room 128

Check in went without a hitch.. The room was clean but you can tell its an older building rust around tub edges and some dust bunnies under the sink in the bathroom, nothing we couldn't handle. We checked in around 11pm. Starting at 430am on, all we could hear was the door slamming shut to the stairs and then the outside door. Needless to say not much "DREAMING IN PROGRESS" going on in room 128.
