The property is very nice. Reminds us of the Weston in Whistler. We arrived in early October and the area is very quiet with many restaurants closed until ski season. One major negative. The resort does not provide access to TSN or Sports Net. Given that the MLB playoffs are underway this is extremely disappointing.

Village was just picture postcard Alpine Village. Was summer and weather really good with our room with clear views of mountainside, and slopes. Hotel was excellent and very clean, with large comfortable King sized bed. Tea and coffee machine in room as well as safe and fridge good quality soapd and loads of towels. Helpful, friendly staff with an easy check in process. Plenty of walks and shops despite being end of season also plenty to see and do. Must be amazing in the winter season with the snow and skiing.

Everything was absolutely great. Room, staff, meal, price. Then you find out that to just have your vehicle parked outside in an open parking lot, was going to cost you $35. Not valet, just parked. That ruins all the rest of the positive experience. The management team that made the decision to decieve their customers with that, should be ashamed.

Staff were amazing. When I had a problem they were quick to help. They staff were super sweet. The water for showers is not that hot. It works okay but not really hot. The temperature in the room was hot however. A very kind maintenance worker came to look and said it doesn't go below and said I could get a fan so I requested a fan which really helped cool it down. The screen to open the small windows were pretty dusty. Mentioned to staff on my way out and they said they would clean it. Had a few little other things but those were fixed quickly. As I said staff are quick to respond and nice. Also the parking stalls are small, very small. If someone parks just a little off your not getting in or out that way. I had to unpack from my front seat cause the other doors had no chance of opening. And couldn't pull through trunk. Also it's pay parking at the hotel. Just a heads up:) The location is amazing just minutes from the lift, good food places and staff friendly. I also love that they are super dog friendly as well. The big rooms are a plus and it had a big tv that u can link to your Netflix and prime just remeber to log out before you leave. The staff honestly make it amazing and what make me want to give it a better review. Any issues fixed quickly. Some things they can't fix so it is what it is. But I think people would enjoy staying here overall. I would give it a 3.5/4 out of 5 total. And recommend it as a place to stay.

Lovely hotel. Very kind, helpful staff. Parking prices are a little ridiculous for a regular, outdoor site. I like the bike concierge so I don’t have to worry about the mountain bikes.

The rooms were huge and well maintained. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. We did not have a view from our room so I cannot comment on that. Pool hot tub area is starting to show its age but everything was clean and there was plenty of towels available. Dinner and drinks at Mantle’s was excellent. We plan to come back to ski this winter.
