"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber der Beginn leider sehr unangenehm.
Die erste Unterkunft war in einem schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand – der Boden klebte, es roch stark (die Ursache wurde durch das Personal gefunden: Rattenkot in der Abstellkammer), im Bad gab es Schimmel und Möbel waren beschädigt.
Man hat uns nach dem Mitteilen der Probleme eine andere, größere Unterkunft angeboten, die deutlich besser und bis auf kleine Mängel sehr sauber war.
Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. "
