The house was a great fit for our family's needs, and Kanab was an excellent location for exploring Zion, etc. as well as having a good grocery store and other amenities available. The host was very responsive with the various questions/issues that we had while we were staying there.

Great place. Owner was helpful and very responsive. There was one issue that happened- An irrigation head burst causing some flooding in a window well and water in the basement. So why a 5 star rating? Two reasons/ 1) these kinds of things happen and 2) Cody was very responsive and fair to us in resolving the issue. It was fixed and the water cleaned up same day.

Birthday celebration

From booking until we checked out everything went very smoothly. The house is lovely, spacious and worked perfectly for us. (8 adults from 23 to 80) The hot tub with it's beautiful view of the mountains is such an awesome end to each day's adventure.

Comfortable Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home in Kanab. It has a peaceful outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood - great for relaxing. And the view of the mountains was great. Indoors the home was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a fun foosball table. The kitchen well stocked for meal prep and plenty of room to gather around the table in the kitchen. The photography/artwork on the walls added a great personal touch. Communication with the property manager was clear and timely.

Great Location!

Property was as described. We did have one surprise with the a/c furnace blower was noisy being located in one basement bedroom.. not easy to sleep in that bedroom. Otherwise, we love our stay including the hot tub.

Spacious house in Kanab!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO. Check-in was easy and communication was fast and clear. The bedrooms were large and spread out so that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. We loved the backyard and hot tub- the perfect way to warm up after cool November hikes. One of our guests left something behind, and the company shipped it back to our home. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness! I highly recommend this property!

The home was ok, but could use some updating.

The location of the house was wonderful, but not walking distance to town. Two of the burners on the stove don’t work, and the pots and pans are definitely old and almost unusable. The furniture was very nice, the house was very clean, and the beds were wonderful! The best part was the backyard, the nighttime view was amazing! With a little upgrade, this would be an absolutely wonderful rental.

Awesome property

Property was well maintained and home was clean. It was nice to stay in a” home away from home.” The host was incredible to deal with. He responded to my stupid questions, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

Clean house , acceptable furnitures
. Location : was great for all kind of activities However : it does need some touch up. We were 8 people and there was not enough towel. The AC somehow was broken and did not work. NOTE: I am sure , I could contact the host and he would come and fix it. The downstairs has a full bathroom ( including toilet ) and there was not any fan
. We stayed for only one night and all those issues were not a big deal. Downstairs offers two bed rooms : one is beside the heating and cooling room and was noisy for me. The host was great, fast reply to all my request🙏 ,helped us and we had earlier check in .,. I would recommend this place for a short stay 👌

Great time

We enjoyed Kanab and all the things to do around the area. The house is in a great location. Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim were all spectacular to see! The ATV ride to the great chamber and peak a boo canyon was a lot of fun as well.

Amazing house for a family!

I rented this house for my family's stay in June. I had 3 children under 10, 4 adults, and 1 mid-size dog. This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We all slept so well. You are able to control the air conditioning to your liking and it cooled the house very quickly. The yard is fenced in so our dog was able to run around and play in the grass without concern of him escaping the yard. The hot tub was so relaxing to get in and it had a fantastic view all around. We used the grill and it cooked our steaks great. There were extra household items furnished in the house so we did not end up having to buy paper towels/salt-pepper/dish soap/hand soap/trash bags etc. I'm not sure if that was just left from the last visitors or if the owners do that for everyone. We have stayed at many different locations in Kanab but this one is by FAR the nicest house we have ever rented and the property management team is incredibly attentive and quick to ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house in Kanab to rent this one. You will not be disappointed in this house or the team members you work with!

Lovely house to stay at in the Kanab area. Hot tub with a view is relaxing after hiking or shopping around the area. 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 in basement was great for our family. Plain and simple (pet friendly so no extras) yet lovely to come back to your own private spot to relax.

Adventure awaits!

This home is a great location. We hit up Lake Powell/Glen Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. After long days, it was great to come back to comfy beds and the hot tub. Kanab is a charming town with lots to offer too-between that and all of the national parks it's impossible to see it all in just a week. The host was very attentive and even dropped off a cute little Independence Day goody bag for the kids :)

Wonderful home base for our spring break!

Was a perfect home base for our spring break! E ventured to Zion, bryce, horseshoe bend and explored kanab. What a wonderful town and hidden gem. Absolutely loved the hot tub! Will definitely return if we find our way to kanab again. Owners were very responsive and accommodating!
