Summary:
Get away from it all when you stay under the stars amid panoramic views and wide open spaces. This cottage is 7 miles out of Kanab and you’ll be surrounded by open land with very few neighbors nearby. Travel along dirt roads to reach this country escape. Amazing places like the Wave, Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe Bend and Coyote Gulch are all within a 90 minute drive. Adventure all day and stargaze into the night! ***All wheel drive recommended ***

The Space:
When you step into Thunderbluff Cottage you will be met with a tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable couch, cozy fireplace, and smart TV. The kitchen offers a full sized stove with oven and range, full sized microwave, and mini fridge, as well as coffe maker, toaster, and all the essentials you need. Head up the circular staircase to find a roomy bedroom with both a king and queen sized bed, a Smart TV, ciling fan, and balcony access (you can also access the balcony from the ground level outside). The full bathroom just off the kitchen features a beautifully tiled shower, and a stackable washer and dryer are located just off the bathroom as well. Relax on the balcony, gaze at the stars, or gather round the firepit and tell stories into the night. Watch the hills come alive under the rising western sun, or admire the colorful skies in the evening as the sun dips behind the hills.

Guests will be a code prior to arrival. Self check-in. Please respect our neighbors’ privacy. The Neighborhood:
Located just east of Kanab, you will have plenty of peace, quiet and privacy. East on Hwy 89 from Kanab, you will turn onto a gravel road and travel on that road for a couple of miles before turning onto gravel and sand drive that will take you to the property. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book and travel guide. Once Upon a Time in America, a wonderful artifact filled museum is locaed just minutes from the property on Hwy 89 and features a car collection and restuarant as well. Grocery stores and dining options are available in Kanab just 5 miles away.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
