We stayed for three nights here. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot in town to be able to explore all the area has to offer. Host was very responsive to any questions that we had. Would stay here again.
We had a lovely stay! The house was in a convenient/beautiful location and the door code made check-in/out super easy. Given how reasonably priced it was, we were honestly surprised to see it was just as cute and clean as the pictures showed. We came for a wedding, so my apologies to the host if we ended up being loud!
Perfect for what we needed for two nights. Host was quick to respond and adjust the thermostat for us when it was a little too warm. The view was cool and the neighborhood was nice. Kitchen is very basic but enough to make a quick breakfast. Had a great stay. It's also very pet friendly, though we were traveling with any pets.
My husband, myself and our chihuahua had a very wonderful and comfortable stay for this VRBO. The apartment is nicely decorated and in a good community. Our furbaby, Maggie had everything she might need, a bed, bowls, treats, even tie-outs for the yard. We were impressed with everything provided for our furbaby.
Convenient location to downtown and National Parks. Very safe neighborhood. Hosts are accommodating and available. Comfy bed that didn't require a step stool or the Fosbury Flop to get into. Very soft linens and perfect pillows. Extra blanket in closet that you may use. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure in the shower. Lots of coffee choices. Driveway is steep but parking area is flat. More stairs than I thought, a little tough as I recently had a knee replacement. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Kanab has plenty of things to do and this is a perfect location to stay. Zion east entrance is about 40 minutes and the drive is beautiful. Hosts were great with quick responses when in need. Weâll be recommending this property to our friends and if we plan to be around this area again, weâll look this up first!
Location is perfect for experience of all things interesting to see and do. We saw Moqui Caves, he Toadstools and hiked a beautiful trail starting in park right in town.
This is a great property however we were caught off guard by it being a split level home. It is a split level home and you stay in the basement. We are sensitive sleepers so we did not like having people above us. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere. Everything else about this place is wonderful!! Very thoughtful and considerate of bringing your dog!
Very nice place for a family of 4/5. Surronded by red rocks, you get a wonderful view of the mountains during sunrise and sunset. Very close to zion and bryce national parks. Host is very friendly.
Space was perfect for me and my husband. I needed to teach via Zoom one evening. I moved a small table into a bedroom so my husband could have the rest of the place to himself. I forgot my phone stand and noticed there was a stand on the desk. That was a much appreciated detail! We didn't bring pets, but despite it being pet-friendly and me having cat allergies, I had no symptoms and detected no pet odors. Couch was comfy. Friendly people--by the way, we made it to the Wave!!! Would stay again!
It is hard to imagine a better place to stay in a home that you share with the hosts. It was perfect! You have the entire roomy downstairs, plus a lovely deck and grassy yard to watch the sunset with your dog. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood close to a number of trails and with easy access to the rest of Kanab. It is well and thoughtfully appointed ... everything you could need is already there. The host was super responsive and a wonderful person as well. We highly recommend this place.
Nice view of mountains. If it wasnât so hot would have stayed out longer on the front chairs to enjoy my coffee. House was clean. Private entrance below hosts home. Cutlery could use an upgrade and a mixing bowl would have been good and maybe a blender for smoothies but otherwise kitchen well stocked. Queen bed very comfortable. Bottom of bunk bed a bit too soft. Shower great water pressure. Overall a great place to stay. Owner was available and responsive.
We only used it as an overnight bed before hiking in Zion, zero issues. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We didnât use living room or kitchen. Worked perfect for what we needed and we didnât have to pay the hotel rates for the area.
This was a perfect little property for the four of us to come back to after our adventures in the beautiful Utah desert. The space was cool, clean and welcoming with a lovely view of the mountains in a safe neighborhood! Irene was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with. She left snacks (which my hungry boys enjoyed) and a binder full of beautiful hiking opportunities! While we didnât have any of our fur babies with us, they are pet friendly which is nice to see for those who get to travel with their pups. If we ever find ourselves back in Kanab, I would definitely stay at Ireneâs place again! Thank you Greg and Irene!
Very nice rental located on the lower floor of the residence. The owners are on site on the upper floor, but they were quiet and we didn't even notice they were there. They do have a dog, but other than the owners letting it into their backyard (guests do not have access to that), we hardly noticed it either. Owner responded fairly quickly when I texted her a message pertaining to arrival time. Overall, a very good experience.
