"Obwohl wenig zu tun war und wie wir später feststellen mussten, 2 Personen beim Check- In eingeteilt waren, mussten wir 10 Minuten warten und im Restaurant nachfragen, ob die Rezeption besetzt ist. Erst ald der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant dafür gesorgt hat, dass die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erschienen sind, ging es schnell und unkompliziert weiter. Das Zimmer war groß und toll. Allerdings gingen beide Deckenleuchten nicht und man musste erst im Zimmer nach weiteren Lampen suchen. Da das Hotel auch ein Restaurant hat sind wir dort Essen gegangen. Das Essen war prima, aber als wir gefragt haben ob wir noch was Essen können , hatten wir nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das tolle Hotel könnte eine bessere Bewertung bekommen , allerdings muss das Haus besser unterhalten werden und die Mitarbeiter sollten sich bewusst sein, dass Sie Gastgeber sind."
