A great place to celebrate in style, Ralphie’s Villa Kangaroo Valley is the most private villa located on the Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort.
The best place to be this winter around the fire or in the private in-ground jacuzzi spa set to a perfect 38 degrees.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
The property is located in the Kangaroo Valley Golf Club and Country Resort, just 5 mins from the Kangaroo Valley township
The house is standalone on its own block and all areas are available to guests
A great place for fun with friends or a private couple’s getaway, Ralphie’s is located within 5 mins easy drive from the village but away from the hustle and bustle of village life. Wake up with kangaroos and wombats on your doorstep.
Facing north with a wraparound terrace, the property is beautifully sunny in winter and cool in summer. It’s a chilled non-fussy vibe where you can just relax and have fun.
Ralphie’s features real oak floors, a gas fireplace, and an in-deck spa.
The spa comfortably allows four to relax with the option of turning on the bubbles by just saying “Alexa, turn on the bubbles!” Perfect for colder nights star gazing or fun in the rain.
After you get out of the spa enjoy an outdoor shower under the beautiful handcrafted heated copper rain shower.
The whole house has ducted air-con to heat or cool.
The large modern kitchen is well kitted out and is perfect for four guests to host a dinner party. In the morning wake up to freshly made coffee at the press of a button
In the evenings, feel free to relax and watch your latest series on Netflix, Apple and Binge complimentary with your stay.
There’s a shared tennis court if you’d like to bring racquets, and a pool as well, though it’s not heated.

*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. However we only allow pets weighing up to 10kg. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please follow the rules below when bringing pets:
- Pets are not permitted on any furniture or beds.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times outdoors and are strictly not allowed on the golf course. There is a lot of protected wildlife in the are for everyone’s enjoyment, so this is for their safety and yours.
- If the resort receives a complaint about off-leash pets, a fine may apply and you may be asked to leave the resort.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
