"Sofa sehr fleckig und durchgesessen, Backbleche und Teile des Geschirrs dreckig, Betten zu eng für zwei Erwachsene, eins sehr weich das andere quitschte [Metallgestell] bei jeder Bewegung, Zentralheizung war unserer Auffassung nach keine Zentralheizung da sie nur Bad und Flur beheizte, Heizradiatoren waren aber vorhanden. Ofen durfte nicht benutzt werden, unklar warum hätte zur Gemütlichkeit beigetragen. Ausblick jedoch unschlagbar!"
