Loved the casino on property. I hated that in casino I wasn’t allowed a chair at the roulette table even though I was wearing a back brace and was suffering from spinal stenosis that causes pain the whole time I was playing. Staff in casino was rude to me when I tried moving chair over to table and did not care of my condition even though there was an older gentleman already sitting in chair at roulette table. But I wasn’t allowed. Will not return

I loved the elegant design and decor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice having multiple restaurants/bar-grill/cafe options for food so you didnt have to leave unless you didnt like the options. Food price was kinda high in some places to eat but with the economy right now its bound to happen. The part that was kind of a turn off was the smell of smoke in entry ways, elevator and even our non smoking room. Our room wasnt terribly smelly of smoke but enough to notice, and I get people can smoke in the casino are but it sure does linger to other areas unfortunately. Dont get me wrong I still enjoyed our night stay and if ever in the area I would return to stay again.

Great hotel/casino in KC.

Nice hotel and Casino. Rooms modern and very clean. Could use two regular coffee packets instead of one reg one decaf. Steakhouse is A+. Everything was great.

Great rooms but the hotel place loud punk music on the outdoor patio. We ask them to change it over hour later same crsp music. Dont try to eat here unless you like taking in all tje smoke.

I will start by saying everybody at the hotel was very friendly. The room was nice Big fantastic view of the river. Service was horrible. Waited five hours for towels. My parents room did not have hot water in the sink and they never fixed it. They advertise a spa. There is no spot! They advertise cappuccino. There is no cappuccino! They advertise several restaurants. There are not several restaurants. There is one that only serves breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings until 10:30 AM..

The ad said I go see casino hotel and spa information indicated a health club and a spa not just a workout room. I asked to see the spa before I checked in they go oh it’s closed and I go closed as in past the time or it’s not even open and they go no it hasn’t been open since Covid so I said well then I wanna cancel my reservation and they still want to charge me a night speed staff on the phone talk to the manager and said no they won’t refund you and I went back and said hey I wanna talk to the manager and she said as soon as your employee sent the email she would credit me well still don’t have a credit. I doubt your employee sent an email. I’m just angry.
