Only reason I give one star was because the pool was dirty, cloudy and it tasted disgusting once I went underwater and came up. Plus it was freezing cold.

Check in was smooth and easy. Placed on the first floor, near a door to take my dog outside. Parking near that door was convenient. The room was exactly what we booked online. There were some downfalls. Looked like something spilled on the AC unit, and dirty markings on the shower curtain. Quite a bit of markings on the wall that looked like damage, that was painted over. The biggest bother was the awful humidity in the room. Everything was damp, and it smelled moldy. When I fetched ice from the only ice machine in the building, which is on the 3rd floor, it also felt damp and smelled moldy up there as well. The humidity outside was absolutely awful so I’m sure it was hard to keep up. I noticed a dehumidifier in the stairwell. I ended up buying a dehumidifier from Walmart and used it in the room which did help a little. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was great. No crime or suspicious people lurking around. No noisy neighbors, could barely hear a thing!

Went on a weekend trip with friends. Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint was there was a softball tournament in the area and many of them were staying at the hotel. Lots of kids running around and adults talking loudly until late in the evening under our window. Not really the hotel's fault.
