We had significant issues getting access codes for both the building and unit doors. Multiple incorrect codes were sent through the VRBO messaging app, causing unnecessary frustration. When I reached out for clarification, I received a rude response insisting the correct codes had already been provided—even though one of the codes in that same message was still incorrect. I also called the support line listed in the property information but received no answer. Fortunately, when I decided to text the number, I finally received a response with the correct building access code.Outside of the access issue, unit was nice, clean, comfortable and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. French press was nice.
