We came to Leeâs Summit for a softball tournament and stayed here for the weekend! The place is so charming and has all the amenities you could need! I also LOVE that it was dog friendly, our four legged friend, Harley, loved it as much as we did.Thank you for the memories!
The location is walkable to downtown Leeâs Summit which was nice and it is conveniently located to restaurants. However, there was road work going on along the street and traffic was limited to one way which was a slight hassle.
We had a wonderful stay here for our daughterâs softball tournament! Tyler was very prompt with any questions or concerns we had. There was major road construction to access the house and Tyler had a plan in place as soon as he was notified! Great place to stay with everything you need!
The property was as pictured and described. There is major roadwork being done on the road the house is located on and it would have been nice to know that prior to the stay, but they had a sound machine in the bedroom that faces the road, which helped a lot. Our kids LOVED the huge free standing soaker tub in the main bedroom (make sure you bring bath bombs to fully enjoy your stay!). Tyler was very communicative in the questions I had and overall felt this was a great place to stay that I would definitely stay again if we are in the area!
This is a cute little house. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathrooms convenient. Large kitchen, smaller living room area. Overall a comfortable comfortable place to stay.
This is a cute, quaint historic home near downtown Leeâs Summit. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit (Lake Jacomo, Winterset Park Nature Area, Greenwood antique stores and Kansas City) and everything we needed was provided. It was a great stay.
In town for a family event and needed a place to work remotely, meet up with friends, and with easy walkability. This place is perfect. GOOGLE FIBER for the win, and the walkability to cute little downtown Leeâs Summit is the dream.
Property managers very responsive when we had questions about the TV set up.
Great stay. Thank you!
I and my family enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for 4 adults.
The location was perfect. Easy to get to. Close to everything. A short walk to downtown and their neat little shops and cafes and restaurants (Try A Thyme for Everything and their Christopher Elbow fine chocolates. Just incredible.) Only a mile from an incredible park and high school for Pickleball, Tennis, and entertaining a niece. A short drive from the Rock Island Trail for the bikers.
The house has character, is lovingly kept, and loves back. The AC more than adequately cut thru the brutal Missouri heat. The sunlight streams in, lighting up the whole house. The drapes in the bedrooms are more than enough to keep the morning-resistant in bed until the morning-enabled are done exploring the downtown. Very comfortable inside, very comfortable outside on the patio.
We enjoyed our stay here. It is much better, much more personable and cozy, than staying in a hotel. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here and enjoy the area.
