Wow what a terrible night we had. Kids running up and down the halls until 2am, slamming doors. We called the front desk several times. They said “sorry there is nothing we can do. Maybe you can call the police”. Seriously, nothing you can do to be responsible with guest you serve, by taking care of guests not causing disturbances. In the morning, after 0 sleep, the manager tells us she can comp us a 5$ Starbucks coffee. She cannot do anything about the room charges because we booked through Expedia. A site you put your hotel on to make it more findable.

I checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 12 pm. In total I got 3 hours of sleep because of the noise throughout the hallway and the elevators. Kids were running everywhere in the main lobby. The front desk girl was yelling at everyone that cops had been called. This was not worth the price of my stay.

Loud doors

The only complaint was that there was no way to quietly shut the room door. It seemed everyone struggled with the same problem on the floor we were on. It sounded like every door was being slammed whenever anyone left their room.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff very personable except for morning desk attendant who could struggled with explaining receipt for room was previously paid for in advance. Parking was an additional charge so frustrated as arm was up entire stay which allowed cars to come and go that did not parking fee charge.
