Rooms are clean, however they are sparsely furnished. There’s room for a sofa and two chairs but there was only one armless chair the bed and tv/desk area. Would stay there again but the room could have been better plus the bed was firm and not really comfortable.

It's ok for the price

Overall the hotel wasn't horrible. It was definitely an older hotel. My room was behind the indoor courtyard area which has to be the least improved. The entry door to my hallway was a little scary looking and sounding to say the least. The hallway carpet was stained. My room had been updated, however the air conditioner didn't work once during our stay. Being on the 3rd floor made it pretty warm. I think i saw maybe one person partake in breakfast. I was glad i didn't pay extra for it!

Front desk was amazing! She overheard me surprise my daughter for an overnight stay and saw my daughter excited about the pool. She was very happy when she told my daughter that our room overlooked the pool area. She made my daughters day with that!!

When we walked in you could instantly see how clean the property looked and smelled. The only thing I say to work on is cleaning the spa area more often or better.

The receptionist told us that we will not have breakfasts included. We were on the ground floor. The carpet in the hallway was stained. The slabs on the pavement from the parking are more than chipped. Stan he place.

While the staff seem to be keeping up with the property but the owner needs to invest in updating the rooms. Room had wholes in wall. Skylight was dirty and molded. Pull out couch was broken and seats on furniture was worn. Metal rings for towels was rusted. Wholes in black out curtains. Even though had a suite breakfast was a charge because used third party to book the room.

I didn’t like the fact that they sent me to a part of the hotel that look like it was very old and dirty and unsafe. They told me to go one way to find my room and when I couldn’t find the room, I had to go all the way back to the check-in desk and ask for assistance to find the room and then they took me a totally different way and the numbers did even match up so it was so inconvenient to try to find your room. And then the heat didn’t work in the room and maintenance apparently was already gone so I had to deal with it. They didn’t offer another room. They just didn’t seem too concerned. I’ve stayed at this hotel prior. It was very happy with the service but this time the service was very poor and very unsatisfying and I will never stay with this hotel again
