It was a basic hotel. Great value,clean and conveniently located just off the highway. Great for a one nighter while traveling.
The rooms were nice, small bathroom though. The pool was decent size, only a small.section at the end was 5ft but the pain was peeling all over the pool so much that you could feel it underneath your feet. Breakfast was pretty darn good, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle maker and other assortments. I will say that I was taken aback when I was charged an extra 15 bucks per night per kid so my 230 deal for 2 nights turned into 320 so definitely not the best deal. Another thing that bothered me was the 100 cash deposit needed to secure the room but we did get that back without alot of hassle so that was nice
Most of the staff was nice other than one attendant at the front desk who upon me asking for more shampoo and conditioner for 5 people made a comment about keeping the kids down at night and then gave me 1 more bottle of shampoo and one thing of conditioner. So overall a 3 star hotel but with a little work, has the potential to be a 4 :)
Room was nice, not much for pillows, bathroom was big. But, An employee let himself into my room, no knocking or announcing. Closed the door behind him. Check out was 11, this was before 8. He had a slip of paper with room# & my name. Said i wasn't ready to check out yet, he won't leave. I asked what he needed, he wouldn't tell me. Told him i didn't ask for anything to be checked in the room, he said he would wait. I grabbed my things as quick as i could, not a place i would stay again.
I would never stay here again. Looks like a normal hotel, but full of scams. Advertised “pet friendly”, but nowhere on here or their website do they advertise that you have to buy a specific “pet room”. Nor do they mention that you have to pay $35 per pet. It was fishy, that they said it would only be $60 if I paid cash to the desk attendant. They also make you pay a $100 deposit in cash, which is wild in 2025. They give you a deposit slip that you bring when checking out, and then make you stand there and wait while they manually send someone to inspect your room before giving the $100 back. Very outdated and fishy systems for what looks like a standard hotel. Breakfast options were limited. Would definitely not stay here again despite the “good deal” it looked like. Actual price ended up being more money and a lot of haggle. Who knows if my pet fee even went to the hotel or was pocketed by the desk attendant. It also smelled in the building.
The staff was amazing but the pool and hot tub are in really bad

The place was ok to stay at. We were not there long, just for a baseball tournament. If you book on Expedia, plan to pay a $100 CASH deposit. If you don't have cash, no worries-they have an ATM that will cost you $3.99 to withdraw funds. They give it back the next day but of course now you have to carry the cash. Also, kids do NOT stay free like most other hotels.
Reserved because I thought it was a decent area, but adults were fighting in the hallway at 2 in the morning, paper thin walls. Also breakfast is ok. They don't re stock often.. doors are not lock after hours, so anyone can walk in.. would not stay here again..
No sign! Had been painted over. So had a hard time finding it. Staff friendly but hard to understand. Nice big room. Light switches need cleaning after each guest. Had to wipe them off.
The Stay Sure Inn was absolutely disgusting. I tried to make it work and think it’s just one night and we’ll leave. Tried to go to the pool which the paint was peeling under my kids feet and the chlorine smell was overpowering. I would not let my family stay here. 30 minutes after checking in I made another reservation at a different hotel 5 min down the street and we left. Room was gross hair and grime on the bottom of the lamps. The furniture was falling apart. There were stains on the bedding and the carpet had a thick layer of grime all over it. I wouldn’t let my kids take their shoes off. It was absolutely unacceptable. Told the employee that we’re leaving and he told me that he could not give me a refund that I had to talk to the manager in the morning.
Contacted hotels.com to work out the refund and they contacted the hotel. They told hotels.com that we never check out and we were staying in the room. I had to go back to the hotel to argue with them and make sure they marked us as out of the room. They contacted them again in the morning and again said they won’t issue a refund.
Met with the manager and he argued with me saying that we used the room because we pulled the bedding and found stains that he wouldn’t give me a refund out of “principle”. He kept arguing and had excuse after excuse, he finally said he would give me a refund but wouldn’t give me a receipt until I got hotels.com on the phone then magically he could print me out a receipt.
