Definitely recommended for a break.

It was a great place to stay. Bang on the highway. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were large and very well kept. I believe they need to improve their service. But food, cleanliness , room size everything was awesome. Good place for a go to stay.

The bathroom shower water pressure was so low it was not even possible to take shower. There were no towels in the bathroom and they did not give even after asking many times. Overall for the price seems like cost savings seems to be top priority for the hotel management rather than customer comfort.

I had a very disappointing stay at VITS Hotel, Karad. Despite being a premium-priced property, the service quality was extremely poor. • In-Room Dining was a nightmare — delayed responses, overpriced items, and basic amenities like water were not provided on time. • Room service was unresponsive even after repeated calls. • Hospitality was unprofessional — we submitted Aadhaar cards for both guests at check-in, yet were later asked to pay extra for the second person. • The overall experience felt like we were being overcharged for below-average service. This hotel clearly lacks proper management and customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for couples or anyone expecting even basic hospitality.
