Je vhodný pro krátkodobé i dlouhodobé pobyty; lázeňské, turistické i lyžařské (za 20 min se autem dopravíte do hor).
V okolí se nachází velký volnočasový areál Rolava.

Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in unserer neu ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung für 3 Personen bestehend aus 1 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad und WC. Von der 150 Meter entfernten Bushaltestelle kommt man direkt in die Innenstadt.
Sie parken in unserer Straße und Umgebung kostenlos.
Die Unterkunft eignet sich sowohl für einen Kurzurlaub, als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt jeglicher Art (Kuraufenthalt, Städtereise, Skiurlaub / 20 min Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto in die Berge).
In der Umgebung befinden sich Freizeitareal Rolava.
