Great stay in croatia

Has a great holiday in this apartment. Host very helpful and spoke good English. Accommodation clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Swimming pool clean and enjoyed by the children. You do however need a car to enjoy the area as no shops or restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful half hour drive to Porec ( you can take a day trip from here to Venice which we loved) also only about 45minutes to pula. Kids loved both water parks of Istralandia and Aquacolors which were both about 1/2hour away. Owner Sašha was really kind and even arranged delivery on a birthday cake for our son who’s birthday was the day after we arrived. Which was very helpful. Supermarkets Lidl, plodine both available about 15mins drive away. Thanks for a great stay.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 3 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen. Die getrennten Wohnungen sind geradezu perfekt, um sich auch mal getrennt zurückzuziehen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Klimageräte sind sehr modern und lassen die Wohnräume perfekt temperieren. Die kleinere Wohnung ist nahezu komplett neu inkl. kompletter Ikea Ausstattung. Es gibt alles doppelt, zwei Küchen, zwei Waschmaschinen, 3 Bäder insgesamt mit Duschen. Es gibt Backöfen, Kühlschränke, eine Mikrowelle, genügend Geschirr. Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Man kann draußen wunderbar zusammen sitzen inkl. verschiedener Liegestühle. Es gibt einen Sonnenschirm und Bäume für genügend Schatten. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend mir seinen ca. 3 x 8 Metern und 1 m tiefe. Es gibt einen großen gemauerten Grill und ein Spielhaus. Die Wohnungen sind im EG eines Zweifamilienhauses und die Besitzer, ca. 35 Jahre, Famile mit zwei Kindern wohnen oben drüber. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, wenn nötig. Ansonsten hat man da absolut seine Ruhe. Sie gaben uns Tips für Freizeit Aktivitäten, füllten den Pool nach, überraschten mit kleinen Präsenten. Bei Fragen hatten wir die Handynummer und konnten dank Technik über Whats App in jeder Sprache kommunizieren. Sie selber sprechen gut Englisch und bisschen Deutsch. Im Umfeld von 10 min zu Fuß ist eine Kneipe und kleiner Laden mit dem Nötigsten. Mit dem Auto findet man in 10 min einen großen Laden zum Einkauf und eine wirklich gute Pizzeria.

Ein super netter und schöner Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und nett vom Vermieter begrüßt. Die Appartements (es sind 2 wenn man für 6 Leute bucht) waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch der Garten und Pool entspicht den Bilder und waren sehr schön.Der Vermieter wohnt in der oberen Etage. Man hat aber die ganze Zeit über seine Privatsphäre. Bei Fragen und Tipps war er immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir hatten auch unsere 2 Hunde dabei. Die Hunde sollten aber gut hören oder müssen an die Schleppleine, weil der Garten nicht eingezäunt ist. Für uns war es kein Problem.Wir fühlten uns während des ganzen Aufenthaltes herzlich aufgenommen.

Super Unterkunft

Super, sauber und gepflegte Unterkunft. Es fehlte an nix. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool war stets sauber. Vermieter waren super lieb und freundlich. Privatsphäre wurde stets berücksichtigt. Unterkunft liegt sehr ländlich und ruhig. Ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, und kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Proper, mooi en centraal gelegen appartement in hartje van Istrië

We werden enorm gastvrij ontvangen...de eigenaars wonen mee op het domein, maar geven je veel privacy én zijn toch nabij als je een vraag hebt! Heel proper zwembad, wat de nodige verfrissing gaf! Ruim, gerieflijk en proper appartement! Mooie, centrale ligging in Istrië...: we trokken naar Novigrad en Poreç aan de westkust; bezochten ook enkele mooie oude middeleeuwse dorpjes / stadjes, zoals Motovun (vlakbij), Groznjan, Oprtalj en Hum. Nabij Poreç genoten we van de Baredine grot (klein, maar héél mooi) . Aquacolors vonden onze kids ook heel fijn (en zou goedkoper zijn dan waterpark Istralandia...) Ook een uitstap naar Predjama kasteel én de prachtige, grootse, indrukwekkende grotten in Postonja (in Slovenië) waren super! Tip: start in Predjama (gratis autoparking daar). Wij kochten meteen combiticket daar, waardoor we lange wachtrij aan de grotten vermeden! In zomermaanden gratis shuttle bus tussen beide locaties... Super week beleefd op deze locatie!

Apartment Nona Škropeti 25k, 52424, Motovun, Kroatien Ferienwohnung Dennis Horn 9 Punkte in der letzten Woche Ein sehr schönes Apartment. Der Pool war immer sauber. Der Garten war gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Es wurde sogar an Feuerholz gedacht, um im Garten ein kleines Feuer machen zu können. Die Besitzer wohnen mit in dem Haus welches mir und meiner Familie ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Wir hatten keine Angst dass jemand hier einbricht. Die Nette Familie und Ihr Apartment haben 5 von 5 Sternen wirklich mehr als Verdient! A very nice apartment. The pool was always clean. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very nice and attentive. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything important. It was even thought of firewood to make a small fire in the garden. The owners live with in the house which gave me and my family a very safe feeling. We were not afraid that someone would break in here. The nice family and your apartment have 5 of 5 stars really more than worth it!

Juste parfait!!

Merci à Saša de nous avoir accueilli si bien! L'appartement est grand,propre, frais, super équipé et au calme. Loin du brouhaha des touristes mais proche de tout car au cœur de l'Istrie! Nous avons passé de super vacances et nous recommandons cette propriété.
