"I had booked a standard double room and while it wasn't an unpleasant stay, I would expect more of a 4½ star hotel. The bathroom seemed to be quite old, especially the shower had lots of limescale. There was no free water supplied, the advertised minibar was empty (except for a pack of milk), the curtains were hard to close completely because they were malformed and while there is a note in the room explaining how to be friendly to the environment, room cleaning service seemed to disregard everything that was printed there. For example, I didn't want my towels to be replaced and therefore didn't throw them on the ground but they were still replaced every day. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, although it is quite small. However, I was missing a separate changing room here. Most people just went right to the elevators in their wet clothes which must have been a strange feeling considering that the rooftop is a publicly accessible area with a restaurant, so they walk in bathing clothes right next to the restaurant guests."
