1.電話がタブレットのみ。 2.外国人スタッフが多いので、一生懸命やってくれているが。 やや意思疎通&ホスピタリティ－が微妙。 3.ベッドベッドのライトが就寝時に消えない。 困る。全部の部屋の入り口すぐの差し込み口のルームカギを一旦はずさないと消えないのは、どうか？ 4.あとは皆さん、スタッフは、 グランディスタイルホテルリゾート旧軽井沢らしく頑張っている。 オ－プンしてわずかなので、非常に期待しているだけに、ホテルクオリティ、サ－ビスクオリティの より一層の向上に期待します。

部屋がとても広くてゆっくりくつろげました。貸出品に他のホテルにはあまりないような美容グッズやリラクゼーショングッズがあり、良かったです。換気が良くないのか大浴場周辺や客室前の廊下に調理場のにおいが届いていたのが少し残念でした。
