Otel sahibi Emine hanım çok iyi niyetli, yardımsever bir misafirperverlik gösterdi. Otelin yenilenmesi konforu yükseltebilir özellikle kapı kolları gürültülü açılıp kapanıyor. Duşta sıcak su gelmesi için fazla su akıtmak gerekiyor. Sivrisinek sorununa belediyenin ilaçlamayla çözüm bulunması şart. Otelin bahçeye giriş basamakları düzgün bir merdiven şeklinde olsa daha kullanışlı olur.
