The booking has been cancelled. Nobody call me and inform about it. I stayed at 11 o'clock at night without a room in other booked city. Host did not send refund information to Expedia. He told me that it would be done automatically. Lost a refund and time. Looks like scammers.

Kesinlikle Tavsiye Etmiyorum

Açıkçası fiyatı düşük olmayan bir oteldi ancak hizmet kalitesi hayal kırıklığı yarattı. • Odalarda ses yalıtımı yoktu. Yan/üst odada ne konuşuluyorsa birebir duyuyordunuz. • Yatak ve yastık o kadar sertti ki yerde yatsak belki daha az sırt ve boyun ağrısıyla uyanırdık. • Temizlik sıfırdı. 4 gece boyunca ne oda temizlendi, ne havlu değişti. Sabun ve tuvalet kağıdı bittiğinde kendi başımızın çaresine bakmak zorunda kaldık, son gün sabunu suyla çoğaltarak kullandık. • İnternet odalarda hiç çekmiyordu. • Arka odalarda balkon yoktu. Dolayısıyla çamaşır asacak bir alternatif sunulabilirdi ama sunulmadı • Sürekli odaya dolan bir sigara kokusu vardı, cam açmak da fayda etmedi. • Kahvaltı için “standart”- “iyi” denmiş ama aslında oldukça sıradan. Dünyanın birçok yerinde birçok farklı otelde kaldık, ilk defa kahvaltıda içtiğimiz kahveden ekstra ücret alındığını gördük. Ayrıca, kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımefendinin gereksiz fazla samimiyeti de pek hoş değildi. •Son olarak, “Manzarası çok güzel” denmiş ama Kaş’ta zaten nereye dönseniz manzara var; bu otele özgü bir avantaj değil. Kısacası, fiyat–hizmet dengesi kesinlikle yok. Bu fiyat aralığında çok daha özenli, müşteri memnuniyetini önemseyen yerler var.

Kahvaltısı mükemmel Fatoş hanım her sabah farklı ve lezzetli çeşitler yapan hoş sohbeti olan biri kendisine bizzat teşekkür ediyorum.Oda konforu için aynı şeyi maalesef söyleyemeceğim yatak aşırı rahatsız ve sert oda giriş kapısı arızalı zor kapanıyor banyoda duş kapısı tam kapanmıyor duş başlığı arızalı 5 gece kalmamıza rağmen ilk giriş haricinde hiç temizlik yapmaya gelen olmadı bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye en azından sorulabilirdi.Turlar için eşim bilgi sordu döneceklerini iletmişler ancak zahmet edip hiç bir bilgi vermediler.Bardaki Özbek çalışan kardeşim gayet ilgili hizmeti son derece iyi sabahları kahvaltı masamızı toparlayan genç arkadaşım da nazik ve ilgiliydi.3 puanı memnun kaldığım çalışanlar otelim konumu manzarası ve kahvaltısı için veriyorum.Eksiklikler düzeltilir daha ilgili olurlarsa daha iyi olabileceğini düşünüyorum Odalarda ses yalıtımı çok kötü uyumak zor olabiliyor.işletme sahipleri daha ilgili olabilir diye düşünüyorum.

Güzel bir Kaş tatili

Otel konforu manzarası kahvaltısı mükemmel yeni bir yapı çalışanları samimi ve çalışkan şef başarılı otopark otelin önünde klimalar sessiz ve yeterli otele çok yakın bir koyu var fakat şemsiye ve şezlong yetersiz iskele merdiven küçük vasat teras zemini kola dökülmüş gibi ayaklarınıza yapışan zemin ayrıca görüntüsü kötü birde otel sahibinin rezervasyona sadakati yok kırıcı
