On the east coast of Kassandra, between Kallithea and Kriopigi, surrounded by nature, lies the quiet and romantic holiday home Ariadni on a hill surrounded by olive trees, pines, rosemary and roses.

Stone Villa is just 250 meters from the blue-flag beach in Kriopigi.

It is a 85 m2 two-storey house, part of a complex of 21 houses in three rows. Each room has a terrace with a beautiful view of the forest, the blue sea or the garden. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a blender, lemon squeezer and other home appliances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The front terrace has a dining table, a barbecue, a hammock and two sun loungers. Behind the house is a parking lot. The lawn is mowed weekly by a gardener, the garden has an automatic irrigation system. The complex has an entrance gate that can be locked at night.

The living room, equipped with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, CD player and DVD player, is the perfect place to relax.
The house has mosquito nets, an iron and ironing board and two air conditioners.

The village offers easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The nearby town of Kallithea has many big, famous nightclubs and is only a 5 minute drive away. A car is recommended if you visit the picturesque villages of Afytos (5.5 km), Kalithea (2.5 km), Polychrono (6 km), Hanioti (10 km), Pefkohori (14 km) and Paliouri (25 km), where the beach bars are open until sunset, would like to visit. The beach (5 minutes) or small supermarket Exotic (3 minutes) can be reached on foot.

Possibility for jeep safari, tennis, diving, mountain biking and wellness / SPA in the spa Loutra. Larger supermarkets (Lidl in Afitos or Masoutis in Kallithea) and taverns can be reached in a few minutes by car (Kallithea / Afithos / Chanioti).

The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 68 km away.
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The organization of parties is not allowed.
