"Beautiful hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the cathedral. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was charming, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable and it felt a little humid. Aside from that, everything else was great and I really enjoyed my stay."

"The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel."
