The staff was very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. When I checked in my room it had bed bugs and was moved to another that was dirty with a smell.

Overall the experience was nice the bed was comfortable the only problem is the air would not go into dry mode but other than that is comfortable is good size for the dogs and we appreciated us being able to bring our dogs thank you

There was brown stain age and flakes on the bed and behind the pillows that we didn’t notice until wakening up which didn’t come from u because we don’t wear makeup ,have a pet or use body oil ,tanning things the flakes where behind the pillows from a scalp

The stay was just ok. Nothing special. It served its purpose. The toilet was messed up and we had to change rooms. The elevator, hotel, and the room had a peculiar smell. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it served its purpose.
