Starting from the center of the open plan ground floor, the wooden staircase leads up to the two-bedroom upper floor.The romantic Romeo and Juliet style lookout that forms part of the master bedroom is the perfect place to fall in love from the beginning. The master bedroom features a double bed, a cosy traditional lounge area, en suite bathroom and access to a private magnificent balcony with a panoramic view over the Ionian Sea and the island of Ithaca. Equipped with a set of table, chairs, and a wooden sofa, this seaside private balcony is ideal for breakfast, a quite late afternoon glass of wine or dinner at sunset by the sound of lapping waves, feeling like on a sailing boat.

The upper floor’s second bedroom features two single beds and access to its own private balcony, surrounded by trees and flowers, with views over the back garden of the house.

Anassa Boutique Beach House is located at a 30min drive distance from the airport (Taxi Service 0030 26710 22261 & 22738), 20min drive from the island’s capital city Argostoli and a walking distance from the port for daily cruises (0030 26740 22814 Blue Sea Travel & Shipping) to the island of Ithaca to discover hidden, unspoiled beaches with crystal sapphire waters. The small Greek Orthodox Monastery Agrilion is located in walking distance.

Staying guests are granted access to all areas and facilities of the house, the garden and two house bicycles.

The house was not originally designed for rental, so it requires your respect. We kindly ask you to look after it as if it were your own house. The place and objects must be handled with care. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed. We recommend that you check the water taps and cooking appliances before leaving. Special attention should be paid to windows, not leaving them unattendedly open during both day and night. Please, keep your house keys safe, as in case of loss, you will be asked an extra 50€ refund.

The location of Anassa Boutique Beach House is surrounded by lots of lovely spots to explore, such as the traditional port village of Sami and the turquoise waters and green hills beach of Antisamos (5min drive), which was one of the film sets of the popular “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin” Hollywood film. Moreover, guests visit the famous for its market shops, bars and restaurants and picturesque village of Agia Efimia (15min drive), and the majestic Mirtos beach,one of the most known beaches all over the world. In a very close distance from Sami, the lake cave of Melissani welcomes visitors together with the cave of Drogarati of 150 million years old. Also, a must-see is the Agrillion Monastery with a 360 panoramic view.
