The main floor is designed for effortless gathering and relaxation, showcasing beautiful historic details alongside airy 9ft ceilings. The spacious living room serves as the heart of the home, centered around a brick fireplace updated with a sleek, modern electric insert. Adjacent to the living areas, a dedicated dining room features a classic round table perfect for shared meals. The efficient, highly stylish kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a quartz breakfast bar, high-end stainless steel appliances, and designer globe pendants. This floor also hosts two comfortable bedrooms and a convenient powder room (half bath). Outside, you can enjoy a relaxing moment on the covered front porch's custom swing overlooking the manicured grounds of this historic street.
