TOO MANY UNNECESSARY RESTRICTIONS

Hotel was good for the budget. it was relatively clean and because it low season it was quiet. be aware that the towels provided was not bath size. i had to ask for more as they only give you 2 with a hand towel and no face cloth. when i asked for more they provided but i sense the person was a bit disgruntled. one ice machine and its guarded you can’t have any for your cooler. this is terrible. they need at least two more ice machine. we checked out early and the front office was locked down. No one in sight and we couldn’t request our final bill The ice machine and the lobby was not accessible If a person had an emergency i wonder who you can call at the front desk. The pool is a problem. they deliberately open it at 9.30 am which is unacceptable. i am an early riser and i want to get my exercise in before i leave for the day. i don’t come back to the hotel during the day. My opinion is that they advertise a pool but they are making it deliberately hard to get use from it. This has to change.

I was quoted two different prices. When I booked, the price was $579.44. The price that they charged me was $779.44. I chose to pay once I arrived at the motel rather than before. I thought the price I booked at would be the price I pay.

Property was clean but doing renovations. Homeless people approaching you when outside. Staff messed up reservations and didnt have the right room. Parking lot is small works good for small cars but not larger vehicles.
