The property is convenient, beds were comfortable enough and sheets and towels were sparkling clean, staff was great. Overall the property is beat down and badly in need of an upgrade. The lamp fixture over the bed was broken, anything metal showed signs of rust, everything was scarred and scuffed, old and dumpy looking. The inner courtyard had nice green grass but the outside perimeter looks like an industrial zone with old cracked pavement. Nothing done to make it look inviting.

This property is right on the highway so it’s very noisy but with the AC running you don’t hear the traffic. The bed was very comfortable and clean, as were the towels. The bathroom was very dirty, the walls had dirt all over and the floor and baseboards were filthy. There is a coffee maker with coffee but you can’t find anywhere to plug it in, so you have to plug it in in the bathroom.

Amenities were awesome (laundry, hot tub, pool, game room, BBQs), but the drying machines barely worked. Paying 10 $ to get 2 loads of wet laundry was not great.

T.v. wouldn't work....took 2 nights before they had a new one an hour before we checked out......bathtub was broken....shower head was plugged......generally dirty and run down

You get what you pay for, room is very old and outdated. We were not so lucky having our room smells like cigarette inside, they have the air wick plug but was empty, kettle is dirty, no blower and we have to ask for it. Floor is also not clean. Lamps does not work. I appreciate they tidy up our room though and providing new towels.

This hotel should be 1 star bad room n front staff didn’t have right information thay was bad then as soon as we checked in our washroom was broken the toilet was broken and soo small so uncomfortable to sit in there no exhaust in the washroom and when we went to complain they took pictures to pin it on us that we broke it scamers

This facility is old and while some updates have been done (like the flooring in my room) the rooms are definitely showing their age. The bathroom floor tiles were all cracked and it almost looked like the ground had heaved up under the tiles. The bathtub and sink, while clean, had a lot of permanent marks and chips. The bathroom counter was also damaged. Light fixtures are functional, but very old. No working fan in the bathroom. The room had a fridge and a coffee machine with coffee. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Curtains on the sliding door to the courtyard were missing a curtain hook or 2. TV was small but good, once I figured out the guide operation. The property has a really nice courtyard with amenities such as a barbecue and ice machine available as well as outdoor tables and chairs. Overall, the place is clean with nice staff at the front desk, but it desperately needs some updates, especially given the price point. The property is in a desirable location, so it may not be worth it to the owners to spend money on the rooms rather than possibly selling the place for the land value. That would be very unfortunate as this motel has been there as long as I can remember (probably over 60 years) and would be very nice with the addition of a few updates.

Run down, unkept, dirty, our room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk offered a spray to mask the smell. My 11 yr. old son witnessed "resident guests" getting high. Outdoor pool was not working. Hot tub water was brown and dirty. The resort was more disappointing than pictures. Ice machine was not sanitary. It had brown sludge. Google reviews are kore accurate than expedia. The lawn space was nice to have.
