The hotel is well located to restaurants and the lake etc. it is a nice lobby and the room was clean and renovated. The pool and hot tub were not so desirable. They both looked very cloudy. They need to be cleaned especially the tiles in the hot tub. The floors in the pool area were dirty and needed to be mopped. This was the same in the main hallways as well. We stayed two days and it was never cleaned. Disappointing as it is a nice hotel otherwise.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Neighbourhood is a bit sketchy. Road noise is signficant (they do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch).

Pool was slimy and green, our room had a bad odor, garbage all over parkade, chaud on balcony stained and dirty. The staff was lovely though. We cancelled the rest of our stay though and moved to a different hotel. Only stayed one night because we paid. Although location is great, I wouldn’t recommend.

This property has been well cared for and upated.. It's showing wear in some places, and my room viewed the parking lot. Walkability is excellent, the only Uber I took was for airport transportation. First world problem...no streaming service in the hotel, and the pool was just ok.
