It was an OK hotel...

Overall it was good a few nights staying there...the hotel decoration is quite old, be prepared for that..the check-in process is kind of slow...we checked in at around 5 pm and we had to wait for 20+ minutes before everything is ready for us.

The check in staff left me while I was checking in, she said to check on the room if it’s already available. She never came back so I ended up going at the back of a long line for check in again. I asked for microwave as it was an available request while I was booking online but I had to ask 3 times to different staffs at the hotel just to finally learn that there isn’t any available. The reception area is very clean and the location is accessible to restaurants. The check out is at noon, which gave us more time to prepare home. Over all, there are other hotels in the area more expensive than this. I would say with the kind of service, you get what you pay for.

The room is so old. No house keeping or refill for supply. The sofa bed is so uncomfortable, won’t able to sleep. The carpet is so dirty and feels sticky! The blanket is so thin and asked for extra blanket, but no staff able to help. We booked for a 6 people room, but only 2 cups and coffee were in the room. We have 5 people stayed, only two sets of shampoo / conditioner in place. Totally not enough for us to stayed for two nights. The price is absolutely not worth the stay! No microwave or hot water boiler. Worse than a motel. The front staff is friendly but understaff is the problem!
