I recently upgraded to a room that included a balcony and a kitchenette, with the expectation of enjoying both outdoor relaxation and the convenience of cooking meals. Unfortunately, the cooktop was missing from the room, which delayed our plans and caused inconvenience. Additionally, the dishwasher in the room was not working, which added to the overall frustration and limited the functionality of the kitchen area. The balcony while offering a pleasant view was not furnished with any seating, making it difficult to enjoy the space comfortably. The outdoor table that was provided was also dirty, which further detracted from the experience. Overall, I was disappointed with the value of the upgrade, as the amenities promised were either incomplete or not maintained to an acceptable standard. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

The pool wasn’t working. They kept telling me that it will start working by next day . Next day , they said it will start by afternoon and then evening and then next day. It never worked. I booked this particular hotel just for the pool for my son and it never worked. Very disappointing. Also the hotel has no elevtaor. This should be mentioned before booking because how is one supposed to take heavy suitcases upstairs. I don’t recommend this hotel and would expect some credit for inconvenience caused.

I am very angry with them. When I got here they did not give me the rate that Expedia quoted me it was over 35% more expensive. The room that was supposed to be $110 per night was over 150 was over $150 per night. And their hot tub is out of commission

The front desk staff were very accommodating. Easily was granted an upgrade from queen atrium room to a king kitchen suite in the tower. The hotel is quite old but in the process of a huge renovation. That being said, our room was perfect for our needs. It was far from the noisy pool and very quiet. The bed was super comfortable just what was needed after a 13 hour flight.
