Amazing home for golf trip!

The house was beautiful and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were down for an annual guys golf trip and this property was perfect. The pool table and poker table in the basement were huge hits. Would strongly recommend this property!

Property was exactly as advertised and comfortably fit our group of 12 adult men. Place was immaculate, location was excellent for our trip, and located right on the golf course with an amazing view. Will definitely stay again when with a large group in the area.

Well Appointed Property

Property is an excellent rental house for large groups in the Pinehurst area for a golf trip. Our group was eight couples and it worked perfectly. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Kitchen/dining facilities are more than adequate, as well as several common leisure areas, including a well-equipped basement game area. Highly recomment.

Wonderful!

We had a group of 8 for an offsite business meeting. Everything was wonderful! Check-in was easy, the house was beautiful, immaculate and in a great location. It had everything we needed and a fantastic balcony. We all really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The house was great, a little dated but very comfortable for 8 friends golfing. Great space and game room. A few minor issues, could have been cleaned a little better, coffee carafe did not fit machine, no stove exhaust, wet and dirty deck furniture and could have used a pot scrubber. Minor but could be improved

Annual Business Meeting

This is the second year we had our annual executive two-day planning meeting at Kenwood Villa. The house is spacious, we all had our own rooms and enjoyed the game room after a long day of discussion. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. Great property!

Great house! Great hosts! Such a fun space. Great communication. Had everything we needed we had 20 people sleep there and everyone was comfortable. Had a couple roll away beds we used too which were so nice to have as options. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. The master bedroom is divine. Love that all the rooms had their own bathrooms. Plus a half bath on the main floor. Everything went so smoothly. Perfect location for our get together

Great stay at Kenwood Villa

The property is great but it's the concierge service that brings the value to this property. Rosa went above and beyond to help us and answered all of my many questions and help connect us to the best vendors in the area. We found out that the dishwasher was broken as we were arriving but they brought over plastic utensils and paper plates. We had our dinner catered so it didn't affect our experience and were having it fixed. The house is very nice and the pictures are accurate. There are lots of little extras included to add to your stay. We highly recommend this house, and the entire group at the rental company. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

March Golf Trip

We have visited Pinehurst for golf trips many times and this is by far the best Lodging Experience We have ever had. The house was amazing. Every guest had their own bed and the basement was perfect for evening Billiards and Poker. We will definitely be returning to stay at this House. Anthony was very communicative and answered any questions we had before the stay. 10 out of 10 rating!

We had a great time. Beautiful property and neighborhood. Good communication. A garage door opener or way to open and close the garage doors from the outside would have been nice, but understand maybe not the best idea with a VRBO.

Amazing Thanksgiving reunion

Twenty of us stayed at 14 Kenwood Court and loved the space of the house, bathrooms en suite, and the gorgeous property. Anthony was amazing I. His helpfulness and office support by Rosa could not have been better. Loved it all!!
