We had a wonderful vacation. Our host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The home is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. It’s in the middle of the keys so perfect for visiting Key West or Key Largo. We stayed a couple weeks and will book again for a longer time. It was nice having the Cabana Club around the corner.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The kitchen had every herb anyone could ask for! The place is super clean and exactly as displayed online- ideal for our family of 4. The boats dock offers great fishing- our son caught his first (of many) fishes within 5 minutes of arrival! The cabana club is walkable and super convenient- great beach and affordable food.The neighboring units have the nicest guests and we made new friends as well. We hope to come back. We loved every minute of our stay.

This location is perfect for a quiet getaway with friends & family. There is a private beach and pool less than a mile away which is included when you stay at this home. We brought our boat as well and loved the convenience of having it docked where we could see it when not in use. Our daughter came with us and it was nice having a park on the same street for her to play at. Very nice host! Would definitely stay again.

It was our 1st time in the Keys. We celebrated our 50th and my sister and husband’s 40th anniversary! We loved the property it was everything they say it is, very clean and beautiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Don’t pass up the opportunity to book this property!!

Beautiful Place, incredibly spacious for a duplex style home. Very clean and the AC was great in conjunction with the ceiling fans which is a 100% must in the summer heat. Lexia was very attentive and zero delays when I texted with any questions. The boat slip was perfect for my 23ft bay boat too. I highly recommend a stay there to anyone!

Amazing Cute Duplex

Our stay here was amazing. Everything was either new or nearly new in the home. It was just right for our family of 4. Everything in the kitchen was new and making cooking breakfast fun. We used the boat dock. Easy to get in and out of canal and to open waters. We used Coco boat rentals instead of bringing our own boat this year. We used the pool at the Cabana club. No outside food or drinks permitted at the club but they have everything you need for purchase if you want to and very cute gift shop. Loved the home as it was easy being on ground level not the usual keys stilt Home with tons of steps we are used to renting. Ideal for young families or older people with hip or knee issues. The second bedroom is on the way to master but does have doors. Parking is a bit tight with bigger vehicles but manageable. In all, out of all the years renting on this site this was the cutest home we ever rented. Thank you for making this much needed trip perfect for our family.

Exceeded Expectations—Perfect Canal Front Home

I just returned home (sadly) after staying at this home for the month of June. I’ve been coming to Marathon for 30 years but this was my best trip yet. The home was well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. I had everything I needed and then some. This canal is the best canal on this side of KCB hands down, no neighbors to look at across the canal, and it’s the widest canal as well. The dock is plenty deep even at low tide for my 28’ Grady White and has 30A shore power which meant I could keep my fridge stocked with beverages and not pack a cooler every day.Easy walk to Key Colony Inn, Havana Jacks, as well as the Cabana Club. The renovated pickleball courts are fantastic I played there with locals and everybody was very welcoming and a fun group if you like PB.Lexia was an amazing host, very communicative and straightforward check in/out instructions.I can’t wait to come back next summer!

Brilliant accomodation, exactly like the pictures. Great space for our family of 4.We hired a boat which was easy to dock at the home.Communication was great prior to and during the stay.Location is perfect for marathon and the beach club is a great extra after a days fishing to go and cool off.We loved our stay and I’m sure we’ll be back for our next trip to the keys in a few years.

Location was perfect, great communication between us and host. If you ate bringing a boat, this place is gor you. The room was a bit unclean when we entered like hair on floor and a few crumbs, but nothing serious. Other than that , i will give this place a 5/5

Lovely Get Away in KCB

The property was great. It was conveniently located off Sadowski Causeway and within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal and we all took advantage of the pool at the Cabana Club. We were centrally located and made trips to Key West, Geiger Key, Big Pine Key and had a couple of excursions. It was a great relaxing stay and the hosts were prompt in replying to my inquiries.

This property checked all the boxes off . Had everything we needed. Enjoyed eating outside covered from the sun it was lovely. Fish cleaning station is wo derful too. Seeing the fish in the water a night was awesome

Don’t miss this one!

This place is great! We brought our 25ft center console boat. The dock space was perfect. Everything was very close by and convenient. The hosts were very good before and during our stay and answered all our questions. We will be back for sure this summer.
