Beautiful location/ needs attention

We love this Condo, we have stayed here 2 years in a row. Location and views are wonderful but the condo needs attention. None of the blinds work properly, and in the afternoon you will need them. Last year there were new blinds in the Master bedroom closet, and this year they were still there( never installed )! Unfortunately this could save the home owner money on the AC bill if there were properly functioning blinds. Kitchen is a hodgepodge of scattered dishes and utensils ( not one baking pan in the house). With a little attention from the management and cleaning company this could be a 5 star property. But with that being said, the sunsets are incredible and the overall complex is really nice.

We come to the Key Largo area each spring. We enjoyed our stay at Moon Bay. The property is right on the water, with great views of the sunsets. It was a wonderful place to unwind.

Great views and excellent condo location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Moon Bay Resort. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The views from every window were beautiful and the location of the condo was close to the grills, pool and marina. We loved sitting outside in the screened in porch for coffee or dinner. The community is very friendly and we made connections with others who stayed there. The pool water was very warm and the pool was clean! There were plenty of chairs and tables and the community room was beautiful. Drew from Star Properties was responsive and answered my many questions quickly--I was very impressed.On the downside, our beds were lumpy and not firm enough. The towels were pretty worn and we only were given 2 washcloths per bathroom. While we were happy to have two full bathrooms, we would have appreciated them both attached to the bedrooms, or on the same level. While the kitchen had lots of knives, they were all very dull. This condo needs some TLC as the screens in the upstairs bedrooms were all torn out and some of the window treatments were difficult to open.

Warm weather get away

Comfortable accommodations for our family. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the dock.Well appointed kitchen. Property company is a bit frugal with dishwasher and laundry detergent. Only one dishwasher pod for a week's stay. This was noted in an email we received prior to our arrival.Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter now refers to it as Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Excellent location/Beautiful condo

This condo is in the best possible location for gorgeous sunsets from relaxing chairs upstairs. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival and we loved the decor. Super comfortable bed and living room furniture. Smart TV allowed us to watch our favorite shows in the evening while relaxing from the days activities. The local seafood is to die for. Same with the key lime pie.

Very disappointed, tol washer not working, ran out of hot water, tried to make the best of it, then woke up to construction next door , Hurricane , approaching , so we left early, and NO composition at all,☹️or credit, said it was our choice to leave , we wanted to stay safe and not get stranded there , not happy 🙁

Beautiful place, spectacular sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. It was very well outfitted for guests, with all we needed for cooking, towels in the bathroom, etc. The decorative wall appointments in the condo are very attractive and welcoming. Suggestions: There are no grab bars in either shower. My wife has had knee and hip surgery, and needs a place to hold on. Grab bars would alleviate this safety hazard. Toilet in the downstairs bathroom runs from time to time, wasting water and costing money. We loved it, and we are glad that we chose it.

Wonderful

Our stay at this property was truely wonderful and relaxing.The house was comfortable and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was there and more. We were two couples and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The view from all the windows over the water is spectacular. Drew at Star property management was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you also for the nice goody bag. We had a great stay and are very hopeful that we can come back to that location soon.

Tropical hideaway

Our friends and I have been staying at various units in moon bay over the last 10 years. This unit by far takes the cake. Nestled away in the tropical trees and quiet location at the end of the condos.. The views from every room are gorgeous, the beds are super comfortable and the tropical Decor is amazing. The showers are beautiful. The unit has literally everything you will need for your entire stay. This unit & management group are amazing to work with. We love the moon bay community in general… Would definitely stay here again and again and again. We enjoyed eating on the porch overlooking the marina each morning, literally steps from the docks, where we fished with our three year old son every day. Our son was disappointed at the end of our trip. We told him we had to go back to Michigan. I guess he thought we were going to live here forever. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great property however it was being remodeled/painted while we were there and there was plastic and tape on most of the windows and doors. We had several things that went wrong on our first couple days but maintenance was there right away to fix everything.

Simply amazing!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay! Check in was simple. The condo was beautiful, clean and so well stocked! The accommodations were exactly as described. What was not included was how wonderful this little “community” is. The whole complex was full of wonderful people. The kids loved the pool, ping pong table and foosball table. The community room was lovely. The whole experience was like a home away from home. This condo in particular has THE BEST view. The property manager was promptly responsive to all concerns and very considerate with our time. I just simply can not say enough nice things about our whole stay!

Great condo

Couldn't have asked for more from the condo. Right next to the water, great amenities, best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed at. Great views from the dock, watching fish and sharks just below us. Snorkeling was great and drove to the everglades, just an FYI though, there are no good beaches regardless of what google will tell you so not the ideal place if you are a beach bum. Pool was great at the condo though.
