Beautiful new 2-Story home with balcony patio. Perfect to do some grilling and feel the salt in the air.
Home was finalized at the end of January.
It has a beautiful private pool and spa with jets in the backyard.
A gorgeous sea-themed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a spacious living space in the heart of Key Largo.

Comes with beach access and access to two ramps.

We also have pontoon boat and golf cart rentals. We have one camera on the property facing the entrance of the property. Does not face any private or leisure spots.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Lower Sound Point. A private pool and 2 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

Happy Place

We spent 6 weeks in Key Largo. The home was as presented and was very clean and ready for our arrival. Brand new home with the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The pool was heated and secluded in the rear of the home. The local beach for the community was great. Very few people and you felt you had the entire beach to yourself. Met many of the neighbors who were extremely nice. The private marina and pier provided numerous gorgeous sunsets. The private beach and marina were within walking distance to the home. Roger was very receptive and responded quickly when a smoke detector needed to be replaced. He is an excellent host and a very nice person. We hope to come back next year. Great location for exploring the bars, restaurants and state parks. Highly recommend you try it out. It is also pet friendly. Thanks Roger for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Keith
