Everything was just as it appears online. The host was friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy. He showed us around the property and how to access the many different amenities.
Good location. Villa was dated, broken furniture, stained couches. Nice that there was equipment to use but many things broken-fishing lines all tangled, kayak no plugs, etc. lagoon did have tropical fish you could see at the edges but dirty and murky water-not enjoyable to swim in honestly.
While the town home was fine, the housekeeping was terrible. Multiple dead bugs throughout the house. Spent 30 to purchase supplies to clean the floors, kitchen and family area. Had to purchase toilet paper and kitchen trash bags. There was only 1 trash bag which needed replacement after day 1. No spare toilet paper and two were half full. We had 6 adults for the stay. We also washed the sheets as some had dust on them. Did not receive a key so we had to leave the home unlocked when we left.

Great Location - Small Negatives
My family traveled to the Keys for a swim race and stayed at this property. We enjoyed the property but did feel there were a few things that took away from the stay.
Pros -
- The property was great with easy access to many amenities and close to all the things we wanted to do.
- Once we got the AC running it was very cool and comfortable inside
While the host was very kind, we do use VRBO specifically not to have to deal with other people - especially when we got in late at night and just wanted to go to sleep instead of having to wait on someone to show up and tour the house with us. I would highly recommend a binder with information and an offer of assistance versus it being a requirement. Also - the sheets were all clean, but some of the pillows and comforters appeared a bit dirty and had stains that were a bit off putting. I would suggest additional laundering
Lots of space, nice redone bathrooms, and nice property.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Lots of room with private balconies and freshly remodeled bathrooms. Three story unit with washer and dryer. There was a golf cart that was great for back and forth to the boat ramp and lookout point. We watched the sunrise from the lookout point each day and saw people fishing from it during the day. Onsite boat ramp was a very nice feature but you must have a shallow draft boat to launch at low tide. Maned security guard on property with gated access. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Two things not mentioned in the listing. First was 300,000 liability insurance required to bring your boat on the property, which the guard asked for before letting me thru the gate. I spoke with the property manager one day prior and I had to up my coverage before leaving. Second, the listing said âDockage for boats up to 38 feetâ. There was no mention of an additional charge $2.65/ft per night for a boat slip. Trailer parking was available in two different lots. Great stay just wish I would have known more when booking.
