It's a beautiful resort and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only encountered 2 disappointments: The first day the music at the pool was so loud we couldn't converse among ourselves, but after requesting the volume was reduced. The second was the temperature of the pool was HOT, I mean easily in the 90s or higher! We felt it coming out of the input valves and it felt like hot tub temps! We asked the staff and we saw people checking the water, but it was still uncomfortably hot when we checked out.

This is an amazing resort. The staff are very intentional and wonderful. It was our anniversary and the staff went the extra mile to give us a room upgrade and a beautiful welcome message in our room. I didnt like that the pool towels apparently they dont have enough and when you go to pickup u have to wait 15 20 minutes.
