Step up to this picture perfect setting surrounded by lush vegetation drawing you into your island dwelling. Find yourself greeted inside with a tastefully decorated and sun-filled Great Room perfect for bringing the family together. Cozy and inviting furnishings surround a flat screen TV for movie and game nights. A fully equipped and updated kitchen allows you to whip up your meals seamlessly for everyone to enjoy around the dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top for 3. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Head up to the second level to a king guest room with a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and jet tub with an adjoining balcony off the suite. On the 3rd floor you will find a room with two twins that can convert to a king upon request, and another queen guest room across the hall. A shared bathroom lies steps away with a shower. A sofa sleeper occupies the Great Room with the convenience of a powder room nearby.

Soak up sultry sunshine and revel in the island breezes out on the back deck with a sparkling private pool (heated in the winter!) gas grill and seating to dine al fresco with a cocktail in hand.
