Location and amenities, cleanliness, and comfort were all great. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was that the unit is a shared duplex, which, in all of my other experiences has never been an issue. However, this particular unit utilizes an extremely thin hollow core interior door to separate The front unit from the rear unit. So every conversation, every nuance, and even music playing at the volume of a cell phone on the other side of this hollow door could be heard perfectly in our room. We didn’t realize this until our second day and realized that we basically had no privacy due to this door being located directly between the bedroom and the main living area. So not only could we hear everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) that the neighbors were doing, but we realize they could hear everything that we were doing as well. And to clarify, nobody was being loud. I don’t blame the neighbors at all because conversations were happening at normal talking volume. But they really need to put a thicker insulated door meant for the exterior to actually give some separation to the units so that you don’t feel like you are sharing the house with a group of strangers. We booked this unit and paid the extra money to have our own space but I known this, we would have stayed at a hotel so that we actually had some privacy.
