The staff members, Christine and Ramone went above and beyond our expectations when we shared that it is our wedding anniversary and our first visit to Key West. They surprised us with a voucher for a free breakfast and gift us with a bottle of champagne. Christine and Ramone were very informative, friendly and accommodating. We had such a wonderful experience which all began with such a warm welcome from Mary Ann; her infectious smile and delightful personality shined through as she bent over backwards taking excellent care of us. Very good cleanliness in a gorgeous setting was as expected and the rest of the staff we encountered with was really nice, however Mary Ann raised the bar! Looking forward to our next stay there.

No.I took a shower and the water instantly submerged my ankles and came up to my shins. I was not happy.I told your front desk clerk about it when I left, and she acted like it was my fault. I live and work here. (30 years) I won't be recommending you soon.

I asked for a quiet room and was put 30ft from the hot tub where there was music playing and people talking loudly. Hot tub had a ton of chlorine in it and could have been hotter. Theres a lack of much of anything within walking distance. The lady at the front desk was really nice and took time to answer questions and show me a few things on the map.

My stay was not pleasant, our room sink was clogged we call to fix they come to fix it, then it got clogged again. The room I ask for was not the room we got. I was very disappointed.
