We stayed at the hotel from Wednesday (with a late check-in around 11:30 PM) to Saturday. Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and to check if a late check-in would be okay. I had to call three times to get a clear and reassuring confirmation, which made me a bit uneasy. However, the front desk eventually confirmed that everything was in order and that the room was booked. At the hotel, the late check-in process was quick and efficient. The front desk attendant was very friendly. Our room had a king-size bed, a good TV, and two bedside lamps, which made the room feel a bit dim overall. Both the room and bathroom were generally clean — there were one or two stains on the bedspread, but they didn’t seem dirty, more like old marks from a previous guest spilling something. Towels were replaced daily. We didn’t hear any roosters (as mentioned in other reviews), but earplugs were provided just in case. Breakfast was simple (standard American style), but I found it tastier than others I’ve had at similar hotels. The location is a bit far from the city’s main attractions (around 10 minutes by car), and parking on the main streets is expensive — something to keep in mind. Although we didn’t use it, there is a shuttle service available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel met all our expectations. I would recommend it.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. It’s not exactly in the heart of Key West, but they have a shuttle that will take you down by the waterfront and bring you back again. There is a good complimentary breakfast that has something for everyone. There is adequate parking, but it’s all on the backside of the property and it’s a little bit of a haul, to get your luggage to some of the rooms on the front side. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even though I haven’t gone for a swim, the pool area looks nice. There are plenty of feral chickens and roosters roaming around and they can be a bit noisy, the do supply complimentary ear plugs. The next time we’re in Key West, I’m sure we’ll be staying here again.
