Really bad experience. False advertisement, there’s no way to access the beach from the hotel due to the busy highway between, also they are 15min drive from key west downtown area, very inconvenient. Pool towers are always out. It’s a $100 hotel not worth $300+.

Beautiful spacious rooms, gorgeous pool area with tiki bar, great daily breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle service could have been a bit more frequent and later into the evening, but otherwise an excellent experience!

It’s actually far from downtown and the reception kinda tricked us into believing we had an ocean view room. What he forgot to mention was that you can see the main road and people. So the view was not as nice as he claimed it to be. One big problem I do have with the hotel is there are no signs pointing you to the elevator. It took us forever to find it but not before we had to walk up with suitcases. The room numbers and building numbers are hard to find. As a disabled veteran with a vision problem it was not very easy. The room was very spacious.

Loved this hotel. Was very clean about 8-10 minutes to Duval St beautiful pool and bar outside. We stayed in a pool view room. Breakfast was very good with different options every day. Would definitely stay here again, also had a shuttle to use to Get around for free,
